In promoting discussion between you and your spouse on property division, child custody, visitation, and support issues, you can resolve the matter and hopefully ensure positive relationships following the finalization of your divorce. In addition, we will assist you with any post-decree modifications as personal and financial situations change.
Child Support Enforcement
At the law office of John H. Risley, Attorney P.C.,we realize that while a child support order is in place, some parents do not live up to their obligations. Action needs to be taken for your financial peace-of-mind when it comes to raising your children. We will represent you at Title IVD court for child support enforcement through the Attorney General's Office.
